There are two versions
of this tail-dragger aircraft currently available, the
AAK Hornet STOL
and the AAK Hornet
AG utility. A 3rd version, the Super Hornet,
has been designed for mission requirements in Africa
and Papua New Guinea.

Wasp
The AAK Wasp kit, with tricycle
undercarriage, has been tailored for the RAA class as
a training, utility and touring aircraft. It is available
in three versions, all of which are extremely economical
to operate and maintain..
The Wasp GT
is suitable for training. It is docile, predictable
and easy-handling with a strong undercarriage and superior
controls.
The Wasp Tourer
is a clipped wing version with spats for greater endurance
and higher cruise speed.
The Wasp Utility
is ideal for agricultural work such as aerial crop spraying
and surveillance work. It has a stronger undercarriage
and can be fitted with floats to create an amphibious
version.

The builder's
manual contains an easy-to-follow description
of every step involved in the construction of the
aircraft accompanied by supporting photographs, a
set of drawings, a video and a CD-ROM. Personal guidance
is also available by phone or email. Ole will also
provide a short course in aluminium fabrication at
his premises on the NSW Mid North Coast.
